			ITIL Foundations Certification Course The Foundations Course in ITIL® is designed to give the student the introductory information on best practices for IT Service Management. The course runs for 2.8 days, followed immediately by a certification exam administered by an agent of the certifying organization. The course covers the Service Lifecycle and associated processes and includes instructor presentation, class discussion, sample examinations, and exercises. The minimum number of students per class is 6 and the maximum is 16.
